Quick patch to fix some smaller issues

• More base movement speed
• Movement speed from stat points increased to 1% per point up from 0.1% per point
• Various enemies have had their movement speed increased
• Cursor now changes when over an enemy to indicate you can attack them
• Fixed an issue where your hero's body would block attack commands being issued
• Made Enemies' Light Bolt more accurate (still kinda broken)
• Fixed some issues with overlapping UI
• Reverted the default simple stats to back to normal stats
• Added a note in the inventory of how to disenchant items
