Here is a quick update for Windows and Android that addresses some small issues

• Added a height measure that shows your distance from the ground. This shows up when you are higher than 50m above the ground.
• Boost now makes a sound when used
• Boost now has a visual trail effect when active
• The base cost of Ramps and Runways has been slightly increased to make Acceleration more relevant
